Terms of Use
These terms set out the conditions for using this site and the free membership service operated by salarila (“we” or “us”).
Article 1 (Application)
These terms apply to all relationships between the user and us concerning the use of this service. A user who registers as a member, or who uses this service, is deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Article 2 (Membership service)
Membership registration is free, and you may cancel at any time (via My Page or the contact window). Sharing or redistributing members-only content to non-members is prohibited. The right to view it is limited to the member; we prohibit downloading, copying, circumventing access controls, and automated collection (scraping). After cancellation, members-only content is no longer accessible.
Article 3 (Prohibited matters)
We prohibit acts that violate laws or public order and morals, acts that infringe the rights of us or third parties, unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of content, unauthorized access to or excessive load on our servers, acts that cause nuisance or damage to other users or third parties, and acts that interfere with the operation of this service. In the event of a violation, we may take measures such as suspending or canceling membership without prior notice.
Article 4 (Rights to content)
The rights to works we have created and published on this site — such as songs, lyrics, short stories, images, and text — belong to us, as the publisher making them public on this site, or to the rightful owner. Browsing this site or registering as a member does not grant a license to use these works. Except where the requirements for quotation are met, prior permission is required for reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
This service is provided as-is, and we do not warrant its content or continued availability. With respect to damages incurred by a user due to interruption, change, or termination of the service, loss of data, or transactions on external sites (such as BOOTH), in the case of our slight negligence we compensate only for ordinary and direct damages actually incurred; this limitation does not apply in the case of our intentional act or gross negligence.
Article 6 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and in the event of a dispute concerning this service, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the court of first instance by agreement (this does not exclude statutory jurisdiction such as the consumer’s place of residence).
Article 7 (Changes to these terms)
We may change these terms without the individual consent of users when the change conforms to the general interest of users, or when it does not conflict with the purpose of the contract and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the change and the appropriateness of its content. When making a change that is disadvantageous to users, we will give notice of the content of the change and its effective date, by posting on this page or otherwise, by the effective date. If you use this service on or after the effective date, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.
